About

Emuscene is the world's leading website devoted to Emulation on the Mac. Started by Bryan Mosley and Ryan Niemann in 2000, the site has evolved from a site about general emulation to a Mac-specific emulation software directory.

Emuscene was joined by MacEmu on January 1st, 2004. Jon Nichols decided that since the two sites shared many similar members, covered the same news, and had all of the same interests, it would be best to combine the two emulation sites.

As of now, Emuscene seems to go through major revisions at least once a year. There is plenty of staff on the site to keep various elements running at once efficiently.
